Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14 day no questions asked return policy on all non-food items. After 14 days, there will be a restocking fee. The fee will depend on the product. It is listed in the description on the product page.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened food containers or bars with a refund on all remaining bars. You pay for shipping. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, with a similar price. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

You pay for the shipping method of your choice as long as it has a tracking number. If we made the mistake, we will pay for shipping, just make sure to take pictures to show how bad we messed up! We have two different warehouses to ship back to, so please contact us here to see which place makes the most sense to send to.


 You can expect to see a refund within 5 business days after we receive the product.
